Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at anomieproducts@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
