1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as we work to fulfill orders quickly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance may occur.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to United States
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Anomie Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If you experience a significant delay, reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at anomieproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, shipping times may be extended.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are available unless stated otherwise.
